Tarann went to Ligonier Valley High School from 2016 to 2020. Here, she played the trumpet and the trombone from 2014 to 2020 in the Ligonier Valley Marching Band. She also played the trumpet in the WCMEA Honors Bands in 2017, 2018, and 2019. She sang as an Alto II in the WCMEA Honors Choirs in 2018 and 2019. She was inducted into the Ligonier Valley High School chapter of the National Honor Society in 2019, maintaining membership until she graduated from Ligonier Valley High School in May 2020. She graduated in the top 15% of her class with a cumulative GPA of 3.86.
